Whoever designed my minivan would have failed that test. I have a minivan in the first place because I need to tote a wheelchair around – but I am able to stand with a cane or a crutch to pump gas – but the cane/crutch lives inside the door behind the driver’s seat – which slides – and in sliding completely cuts off access to the gas tank. Not that I would have passed myself, but then it’s not my job either.
